The Semi-Automatic Cleaning Machine is designed for fully automatic robot manufacturing lines.
This machine features an automatic opening and closing door. The workpiece to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips, and other residues is loaded and unloaded by a robot.
The cleaning process is semi-automatic. Inside the processing chamber, is placed an air gun as well as a spray gun. The workpiece table can easily be turned by hand to reach all areas of the workpiece.
This machine performs soft cleaning by circulating the cleaning fluid in the process tank and rinsing and drying the workpiece.
