Our Smart Clean basic model is designed to be integrated into fully automated manufacturing lines.
Parts to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips and other residues are placed in the cleaning process chamber by a robot.
X-Y System with accurate nozzle array movement: Nozzles can be directly placed where undercuts, deep holes, or threads are.
Different types of nozzle arrays can be individually activated or deactivated.
Parts drying by pressurized air using different types of nozzles placed on the X-Y System.A range of 16 different cleaning programs can be selected to provide the best cleaning results. The Smart Clean Basic model uses a chemical cleaning fluid that needs to be replaced when the washing function declines.
